It was my first Reiki experience and had nothing to compare with. I am glad I got introduced to it by Poonam.
She was extremely professional and explain every little detail of the session we were going through.
The experience was unbelievably calm and peaceful, I felt my body was warming up.

Stating about my first Reiki therapy, which was the treatment by Energy of Universe. To my extreme surprise, in one and a half hour session, my therapist Poonam not only revealed but also treated my years old hurt points causing mental n emotional unrest. I’ve only had one session with Poonam in her initial days of practice and even then it felt as if she had a natural healing power to her. I did not explicitly solicit a healing session from Poonam. I had been on a family trip and had injured my right foot during the fall. There was immense pain in my right foot. Poonam offered to give a healing so I tried that and felt an immediate warmth surrounding my foot. The warmth was more than her hands and fingers which were holding my foot. After a couple of minutes she let go and I felt a drastic reduction in the pain in my foot. I was quite surprised by this and marvelled at the miraculous healing that had just been done to me.
