Reiki Treatment
Reiki, derived from the terms 'Rei,' meaning 'universal,' and 'Ki,' which means 'life energy,' is a Japanese alternative therapy rooted in the concept of a universal 'life force energy' that is essential for well-being. This practice is known for reducing stress, anxiety, and illness, while promoting overall health and harmony. It often complements conventional treatments by enhancing healing and relaxation, as well as cultivating emotional stability and mental clarity.
Each in-person session lasts about 90 minutes, during which I, as the Reiki practitioner, gently place my hands on or near specific energy points to promote energy flow in the client's body. Afterward, I discuss and guide clients through the insights from the session. Together, we explore steps for their healing journey, emphasizing the importance of individual initiative and self-reflection in the process.
*Reiki is recognized as wellness care by the Swedish Tax Agency.
Distance Healing
Distance Healing is similar to Reiki Treatment but is conducted remotely. The effects and benefits of distance treatments are the same as those of in-person sessions, as healing occurs through energy, which knows no boundaries.
Distance Healing sessions are about 60-75 minutes. While it is not essential for clients to lie down during a distance healing session, doing so can be beneficial. Afterward, I share the insights from the session, often connecting via video call. Although follow-up via call isn’t mandatory, many clients find it helpful for strengthening their connection to the treatment. Ultimately, healing begins with self-initiated efforts.
